Margie’s organizational and leadership skills are integral to All for God. She directs its vision, mission and ministry efforts. Her 20 years of youth ministry leadership includes transforming her parish, St Therese, youth ministry into a large, dynamic program that continues to reach hundreds of teens. Her business background includes banking and project management of major commercial construction projects. AGC Certified Project Manager, LEED AP, CMD National Youth Minister Certified

David Stevens has over 10 years of ministry experience and has served as both a Youth Minister and Music Director for Holy Family and Santa Sophia Parish. While at Holy Family, David took a small youth ministry of 5 teens and developed it into a large dynamic program that continues to impact hundreds of teens. David is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a graduate of Azusa Pacific University with a BA in Business Administration. He is currently completing his Masters in Pastoral Studies at Azusa Pacific Seminary.

Joy brings a business education and love for Christ to All for God. She oversees the administrative needs and keeps the office running smoothly. Joy is active in the San Diego Catholic Young Adult community.

Pasquale Talarico has served in Catholic youth ministry for over twenty years. He has served in parishes and schools in Orange County as a youth minister, Jr. high Coordinator, Confirmation Director and is the Director of Campus Ministry at Servite High School in Anaheim. Pasquale is also an accomplished national speaker and worship leader being featured at conferences and parishes events around the country. He is married to his amazing wife Maurissa and they have two beautiful girls, Gianna and Claire.

Brian R. Caster is a Principal and the CEO of a 3rd generation family business. Beginning in the 1960’s, the Caster family has developed over 100 properties in California and Nevada. Working in the Company 35 years, as CEO for the past 23, Brian has grown Caster Properties/A-1 Self Storage, to become one of the Top 10 family owned and operated Self-Storage companies in the country. A1 Self Storage has 48 locations, totaling more than 5 million square feet of buildings throughout California serving more than 33,000 customers.

Brian is considered an early innovator in the industry. He worked hard to build a solid management team committed to ensuring the A-1 brand is synonymous with quality, state of the art self-storage operations. The A-1 Team has prioritized customer service, facility design and charity in the local community, helping to shape and redefine the industry.

Brian is a natural leader whose hands-on experience extends to all aspects of the development process. Starting in property management and leasing, Brian quickly became responsible for many aspects of real estate development including site selection, acquisition, financial analysis, and construction management.

Brian has served as chairman of the Large Owners Group, made up of the top 100 storage operators in the country. He is active in professional groups such as ULI, BIA, CIC, SSA, and CSSA. His dedication to his industry is rivaled only by his commitment to his family and charities. Brian and his wife Denise (married 31 years), following his parents’ lead, makes giving back of his time, talent and treasure an integral part of his life. Brian and his family are involved in many worthy causes in San Diego and around the world. A past member of the Mission Valley East Rotary for 15 years, he served as the Director of International Service. He is a founding member of the Family Business Institute at USD. He sits on several boards including the Caster Family Foundation, Serving Hands Int., All For God and Nativity Prep Academy Development Board.

Brian and Denise are working with Matthew Kelly at Dynamic Catholic in developing online Educational Programs to be given to all Catholic Churches at no charge. They have also been active in the Catholic Church’s Cursillo movement for the past 26 years. Native San Diegans, Brian and Denise have four children Brian Louis, Elise, Kaylee and Candice and two grandchildren Peter and Catalina.

Dean currently serves as a Director and the President/CEO of the David C. Copley Foundation. He is a Director and the President of The Copley Press, Inc., where he has served in various financial and other capacities since 1985. Dean previously served as a member of the Finance Council for the Diocese of San Diego and is active in various ministries at his local parish. Dean is active in the local Cursillo movement and is a former Board Chair for the Copley-Price Family YMCA, which services the disadvantaged Mid-City communities of San Diego. Dean and his wife Colleen have been long-time supporters of All for God and its ministries.

Dr. Patricia Gilbreath practices diagnostic radiology with Kaiser Permanente since 2000. Dr. Pat and her husband Joe are members of St Therese Parish in San Diego and have five children. She is a graduate of Stanford University, received her Master’s degree at Stanford 1976, completed her doctorate at Georgetown University School of Medicine 1981, and Residency at the University of Maryland 1985. She has traveled oversees and in the United States with her husband during his military career. She volunteers at the conferences as the director of First Aid and Joe is responsible for the stage design that transforms the arena into a place of prayer. Dr Pat is a leader in her parish, the San Diego Cursillo Community, and is active volunteer with Nativity Prep, Rise Up, and Home Boys Industries Magnificat, and ACT.

Tim is the president of T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. and the CEO of Triton Structural. Under his leadership, the firms have grown into some of foremost companies in the industry. An ENR Top 400 General Contractor, its award-winning performance has also earned the company a listing as the 10th largest concrete contractor in America and a designation by the AGC of America as the Safest Contractor in the country in its category.. Penick has completed projects in nearly every state in the US and has offices in San Diego and New York. T.B. Penick is a 108 year old firm. Tim and his brother, Marc, are the 4th generation of family members to own and operate the company.

Formerly, vice president and chief human resources officer at Copley Press, Deacon Jim oversaw human resource operations for 5,000 employees across a chain of newspapers with news bureaus in multiple U.S. locations and Mexico.

Before The Copley Press, he served as senior vice president of the Education Group at KIII Communications. There, he led human resource development for publishing companies in the fields of medicine, films, humanities, primary school education and book clubs.

Prior to his time at KIII Communications, Deacon Jim served in various director and vice president positions of human resources at Citicorp/Citibank, within its bankcard, private bank, real estate, information systems, and investment divisions.

He is a deacon of the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Diego serving the community of Mary, Star of the Sea in La Jolla, previously having served the community of Our Lady of Angels in downtown San Diego.

Deacon Jim has a degree from New York University in biology and sociology. He is past chair of the board for the Rady Children’s Hospital of San Diego Foundation, founding chair of Epiphany Prep Charter School of San Diego, and Casa Cornelia Law Center and serves on the board of The Resource Center for Community Development.

John is a husband, dad and a lawyer. He has been married to Colleen for twenty-six years. They have been blessed with four wonderful children, all of whom have been repeat participants in Steubenville youth conferences. He assists with some aspects of youth ministry at his parish in San Diego, and he also serves on the board of directors of Amor Ministries, a non-denominational Christian ministry which builds homes for the poor in Mexico. He is also active in Evenings for the Engaged and Cursillo. John graduated from UCLA law school and is a partner in Duckor, Spradling, Metzger & Wynne in San Diego. He has also coached soccer and basketball.
